In Kentavros M-hybrid ovens, we can add 1 or 2 electric decks on top of a 3 or 4 deck cyclothermic oven.
In this way we can bake different products at the same time or even operate any part of the oven when needed.

- Separate floor and ceiling temperature for each electric deck
- Automatic chimney damper to reduce heat loss and reduce consumption (optional equipment)

- Automatic chamber lights with door opening
- Timer with audible and visual signal to control the baking time
- Steam generator for each chamber, with steam timer
- Oil, gas or pellet burner
- Inox electric heating resistors for electric decks
- Vapor hood 900 rpm for minimum noise
- The last chamber of the cyclothermic can be operated with reduced temperature (40 – 50 ο C)
- The last chamber of the cyclothermic has a useful height of 21cm instead of the other 17cm, in order to be able to bake larger products.
