The wood oven has a rotating baking floor for ease of use and can work with wood (up to 40cm long), oil, gas and pellets, having low consumption and high efficiency, due to the perfect thermal insulation with multiple thermal insulation and heat-stacking materials, fireproof refractory and rock wool) surrounding the combustion chamber and the baking chamber.
The products to be baked are fed with a shovel or with trays or with a setter.
The great advantage of the oven is that it is made of metal frame and can even be transferred to another store, since only the combustion chamber is refractory built.
